This planet that rules communication retrograding in the sign that rules relationships means that your ties with people near and dear to you may be put at risk due to petty squabbles, miscommunication, and misunderstandings. So be more attentive to how you say things to them during this time! Remember that your words can hurt, but they can also heal too—so be kind.

At the same time, you’ll want to protect yourself from the negative effects of this Mercury Retrograde by practicing self-care. Take a much-needed break, watch some shows you’ve been meaning to see, read a book, or relax at home with a loved one. Just take it slow and easy, especially when everything around you just seems overwhelming, hectic, and stressful.
